Exchange Policy

Kindly refer to our size chart before placing your order to find your perfect fit.
However if you still want to swap your pair for another size then you may please contact TOPRICO within 5 days of receiving the product. First, Please send an email to our customer care team informing them about the size exchange – customercare@toprico.com, and then for size exchange, return the pair to us at :- F.no- 501, 5th floor, Sahara Residency, Grant Road East, Next to Super Cinema, Mumbai – 400007, India in its original packing along with the invoice. Please mention your desired new size along with the invoice as well. You may get in touch with us over email on customercare@toprico.com or WhatsApp us on (+91) 8591583129, We do not entertain refund and cancellation requests.

The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same product only.

Please Note-
– Monetary refund will not be provided
– Item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
– It should be in its original packaging accompanied by a proof of purchase.
– Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No exchange will be initiated in this case.
– The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same product only.

Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you. Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or PANDEMICS, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
